The end of April 2019 marked the beginning of our adventurous Spanish property-hunt. This period of time consisted of a lot of mixed emotions: excitement, joy, nerves and not knowing what to expect. We had a generic idea of the process, having watched for many years ITV’s well known TV programme “A place in the Sun”. The experience of going out to Alicante and working with Luis Thomas was simply amazing! Luis made us feel very comfortable from the very start and went above and beyond. Luis was very helpful and ensured that we had sufficient time to view each property without feeling pressured and also went out of his way to ensure that we were well informed of the location of the properties to: local amenities, bars and restaurants. Luis is a credit to himself and to his company! We would highly recommend Luis Thomas to our family and friends who are also looking to purchase a property abroad!
