Villa is one of our new designs with straight lines where we wanted to mix the White bone in the facade with the effect of the Stone. This property contains 3 bedrooms, one of their own suite, located on the ground floor. The villa is composed of 2 floors and a private solárium.

In Villa, we wanted to add a novelty. Access the solárium it contains a turret fully covered with stairs on its inside. Its location in Costa Calida is excellent: only 10 minutes walking distance to the sea and close to all kinds of services, commercial centers, airports, hospitals, leisure areas, etc.
